Do you ship internationally?

No sorry, I only ship within the UK.

Who do you use for shipping?

Depending on parcel weight and delivery location,  items will either be sent with Royal Mail or Evri 2nd class. 

Can I track my order?

All orders will come with tracking.  You will receive shipping notifications from the courier on where your parcel is and when it is due for delivery.  You will receive a shipping email with tracking from Ratcessories letting you know the order has been processed by me.  Please ensure you leave the correct email and check your junk for these notifications.

I have an issue with my order, what can I do?

Please get in contact with me ASAP to discuss any issues with your order.  You can email ratcessories@gmail.com or use the "contact me" page on the website.

How long will my order take?

If you place an order containing any woodworking items, there is an up to 10 day build time for these.  This means there could be 10 days before your entire order is shipped.  Usually for all other orders, turnaround time is around 1-3 days.  Please note that at busy times of the year (Christmas) and bank holidays,  this could increase due to workload and/or delays from shipping providers.
